By purchasing the Micro Business Sponsorship for LifeCon 2024, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1.  Sponsorship Benefits: The benefits outlined in the Micro Business Sponsorship package, including but not limited to booth space and event branding, are subject to change at the discretion of the event organizers. Any changes will be communicated to the sponsor in a timely manner. 
2.  Payment and Refund Policy: Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your sponsorship. Due to the nature of event planning and the allocation of resources, sponsorship fees are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of LifeCon 2024, sponsors will be notified, and alternative arrangements will be made. 
3.  Use of Logo and Branding: By becoming a sponsor, you grant LifeCon 2024 the right to use your company’s logo and branding materials for promotional purposes related to the event. This includes, but is not limited to, event materials, website, social media, and marketing emails. 
4.  Content and Representation: Sponsors are responsible for the content and representation of their booth and any promotional materials. LifeCon 2024 reserves the right to review and approve all materials to ensure they align with the event’s values and mission. 
5.  Liability: LifeCon 2024 and its organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by sponsors, their representatives, or their property during the event. Sponsors are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their participation. 
6.  Confidentiality: Any confidential information shared between the sponsor and LifeCon 2024 organizers will be treated with the utmost care and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent. 
7.  Contribution to Mental Health Services: A portion of the sponsorship fee will be allocated to funding anonymous mental health services for healthcare professionals. Sponsors acknowledge the importance of this contribution and agree to its allocation as part of their sponsorship package.
