By making a donation to LifeCon 2024, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1.  Donation Purpose: Your donation will be used to support the organization and execution of LifeCon 2024, including but not limited to funding anonymous mental health services for healthcare professionals, supporting local businesses, and contributing to the holistic health and wellness community in Houston. 
2.  Payment and Refund Policy: Due to the nature of event planning and the allocation of resources, donations are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of LifeCon 2024, donors will be notified, and alternative arrangements will be made to ensure the effective use of donated funds. 
3.  Use of Logo and Branding: By making a donation, you grant LifeCon 2024 the right to use your company’s logo and branding materials for promotional purposes related to the event. This includes, but is not limited to, event materials, website, social media, and marketing emails. This applies only if you opt for recognition; anonymous donations will not be publicly acknowledged. 
4.  Recognition: Donors will be acknowledged on our event website and in post-event communications as valued supporters of LifeCon 2024. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please indicate this preference at the time of your donation. 
5.  Liability: LifeCon 2024 and its organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by donors or their representatives as a result of their donation. 
6.  Confidentiality: Any confidential information shared between the donor and LifeCon 2024 organizers will be treated with the utmost care and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent. 
7.  Contribution to Mental Health Services: A significant portion of your donation will be allocated to funding anonymous mental health services for healthcare professionals. Donors acknowledge the importance of this contribution and agree to its allocation as part of their donation. 

By completing your donation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. This disclaimer ensures that businesses donating to LifeCon 2024 without being physically present at the event are aware of the terms and conditions associated with their donation, including payment policies, use of branding, liability, and the allocation of funds to mental health services.
